M'Hoq Toq's words are written this way.

Claire, Nerida & Mari's words are written like this.

Nerida: Any specific advice for Claire's health at the moment?

Health?

N: Yes.

Pause.

Try to get more rest. Take things more slowly because if you take it more slowly you can see more detail.

You understand?

Claire: Yes, thank you.

In your case, at the moment, seeing every detail is helpful. You will understand more easily if you see all the tiny details, which you can only see if you take it slowly. Take your time.

Try to go for walks in Nature. Watch the clouds. Listen to the wind. Touch the ground, at times. Sit down and observe little details.

Watch the sunset or the sunrise, whichever is easier for you. You can watch both.

But take it slowly. Look at little details: the edges of the clouds changing colour, or light shining through at the sunrise or the sunset. It will give you inner peace.

Observe things, especially in Nature—or immerse yourself in your studies of music. Maybe you can try to do it out in Nature.

You know everything has consciousness. If you take your music out in Nature, you can observe the little details. And take your time. You can see how plants react to the music--or animals.

See yourself as the most important individual at the moment. You have been neglecting yourself, my dear.

Take your time. Be in the moment and look at things, the tiny, little details. Watch the texture of grass, the petals of a rose, leaves on trees or needles on a tree. The bark on a tree.

Observe every little detail.

It will help you.

It might seem or sound strange, but concentrating on tiny little details will expand your ability to see bigger pictures. You understand?

Claire: Yes.

Feel important.

Is there anything else?

Claire: Thank you.

You are welcome. You’ll feel much better.

Claire: I guess so.

There is no guessing, my friend.

Claire: [Laughs]

Pause.

Anything else?

Nerida: [Coming to the end of an 80-minute session] Perhaps we need to let you go for now.

Oh.

N: With so many more questions, unasked.

That’s what we are here for, my dear.

N: Well, we will need you to come again.

We will be pleased to return.

N: Thank you.

Talk to you another time.

N: Yes.

Pause. Mari comes out of trance slowly.

N: Hi sweetie.

Mari: Hey.

N: How you goin’?

M: Don’t know.

N: Where’ve you been?

M: [Smiling] Same old hole.

They laugh.

N: [To Claire] She goes and hangs in the blue somewhere.

[To Mari] That was a lovely session, thank you.

Claire: Very beautiful.

Mari: Oh? You’re welcome. I’m always glad if it works because I don’t know.

Nerida: It’s an amazing thing to be able to do.

Claire: Very much so.
